In this unique role, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of administrative departmental needs, digital marketing, content creation, and marketing trends.

This position will be a part of the marketing team at the Restaurant Support Center in Downers Grove, IL.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects, including creating timelines based on project requirements, cross-team collaboration, and following up on tasks to ensure deadlines/timelines are being met.
  • Support Wine Club initiatives such as Wine Club contest creation, execution, reporting, and communication.
  • Administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, providing detailed notes, creating PowerPoint decks, and helping the broad marketing team where needed.
  • Update and maintain content, copy, imagery, etc., on multiple brand websites to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Events and promotional activity support (onsite and in preparation), including event guides and templates.
  • PR support- PR Tracker management, press email monitoring, Influencer/media bottle coordination.
  • Develop documentation for training and field communications.
  • PowerPoint deck creation for programs, campaigns, and in support of projects.

What You’ll Need:

  • Must demonstrate Cooper’s Hawk values in all aspects of your work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, focusing on direct-to-consumer (DTC) and omnichannel marketing, or relevant coursework and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in updating website content using Craft CMS or other platforms.
  • Manage and build Excel templates, PowerPoint presentations, and work in Asana for campaign management.
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and handle an ever-changing work environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting loyalty or membership marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.

Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
