If the answer is yes – then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a passionate International Brand Manager to join our incredible GMG Europe & Africa team based at our London Euston office with Hybrid working on a 2 year fixed term contract.
This is truly a unique role as we the growth engine of the company, overachieving targets and with ambitious growth plans into the future.
You will be responsible for the Mass brands portfolio (Batiste, Femfresh, Arm & Hammer, Thebreathco. and Viviscal being the main brands). You will work closely with the Sales team, UK and International marketing teams and the distributors to grow our brands in Europe & Africa region.
With ambitious targets to hit, we’re looking for someone who can accelerate brand growth in existing markets and development in new markets, a brand enthusiast who brings energy and positivity to the wider E&A team.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the brand champion for the Mass portfolio in the E&A region.
- Working with creative and media agencies to develop regionally relevant 360 marketing campaigns with a specific focus on digital marketing.
- Managing agencies to deliver relevant, high-quality content.
- Supporting distributors to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Supporting the regional sales team with brand presentations, in-store toolkits, and distributor visits.
- Implementing new product development initiatives for the region.
We are looking for a candidate who is educated to a high standard who is digitally savvy, and experienced in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms. You should have and a track record in international marketing in the EMEA Region. Experience in Trade Marketing is preferred, and you should have considerable marketing experience in FMCG/ Beauty Devices/ Specialist Beauty Sector. Project-management experience is also required.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for marketing, is naturally inquisitive, and has strong influencing and leadership skills. You should be ambitious, keen to take on responsibility, and able to challenge the status quo. You should be tenacious, resilient, and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles. Strong interpersonal skills, commercial understanding, and an international mindset are essential.
This role works Monday-Friday with flexibility required. This role involves international travel across the E&A region where you will meet with distributors, attend trade shows and work with agencies.
