• Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, extracting insights and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead the development of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and automation to maximise retention and repeat purchase.
• Ensure our SEO strategy supports both technical and content performance goals, collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse and improve website conversion rate through CRO tools, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing.
• Monitor and report on digital KPIs and customer behaviours using tools like Google Analytics GA4, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, and CRM platforms.
• Brief and collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure digital creative assets are aligned with performance goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.

key skills & experience

• Proven track record of managing and optimising paid social and search campaigns to deliver measurable ROI.
• Highly analytical and commercially minded, with experience using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel strategy, and conversion optimisation.
• Experience managing and optimising email marketing campaigns and automation flows (preferably using Klaviyo).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, CRO best practices, and UX fundamentals.
• Confident using cutting-edge AI tools to improve campaign performance, automate tasks, generate content, or uncover insights.
• Experience working within Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a plus.
