TWF serves three divisions across the Southeast: HR Advisory (behavioral health and human services), Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing, and emerging Government Contracting. Our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook presence are underbuilt relative to the brand we are building. We need a Social Media Manager who can own daily content, community engagement, and the inbound pipeline social drives.
Social media managers with B2B services background. 3-7 years experience. Strong LinkedIn fluency (we are mostly a LinkedIn brand). Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook for the hospitality division. Comfortable engaging directly with prospects in comments and DMs. Familiar with social analytics, A/B testing on copy, and inbound attribution.
