Leadership through our values

As a leader, the Head of Organic Marketing is expected to actively embed the hosting.com values across the department. This means setting clear expectations, modelling the right behaviours, addressing conduct that falls short and ensuring the values are visible in everyday decisions, priorities and ways of working.

Be Pragmatic: Focus the team on SEO and content activity that solves genuine customer problems and delivers measurable outcomes. Make clear choices about where to invest, simplify unnecessarily complex processes and stop activity that does not create value.

Be Trusted: Protect the accuracy, credibility and integrity of everything hosting.com publishes. Use responsible SEO practices, communicate openly, honour commitments and build confidence through consistent decisions and reliable delivery.

Be Energetic: Create momentum, bring clarity when priorities are competing and inspire the team to turn insight into action. Maintain pace without compromising quality or creating unsustainable expectations.

Be Accountable: Take ownership of the organic marketing strategy, team performance, investment decisions and results. Set clear expectations, use evidence to assess impact and create an environment where people can acknowledge mistakes, learn and improve.

Be Respectful: Build an inclusive and collaborative team where people can challenge ideas constructively and contribute openly. Respect regional, cultural, technical and functional expertise while maintaining clear global standards.

Be Innovative: Challenge established approaches to SEO, content and customer education. Encourage thoughtful experimentation, particularly in response to AI powered discovery and changing customer behaviour, while ensuring innovation remains purposeful and commercially relevant.
