The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all social media communication (Twitter/Instagram, Facebook, etc) and website management regarding the promotion of Southwestern Mental Health Center’s services and career opportunities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• College Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in digital marketing
• Fluent in current marketing trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Monitor, maintain and create content for Facebook and other digital media
• Assisting with company marketing and communication projects
• Work with ElevaCare Leadership Team on how to implement effective digital marketing campaigns/strategies.
• Innovates using new ideas and experimentation
• Manages day to day social media activity across all relevant platforms
• Works closely with Human Resources to deploy targeted recruiting efforts
• Strong understanding of the communities we serve and developing focused communication
• Seeks new and creative ways to market our brand while continually promoting current initiatives
• Develop and create digital content that highlights our mission
• Assist in full recruitment lifecycle (job fairs, college visits, etc)

• Must be able to perform basic operations on a computer within the Windows operating system.
• This position requires problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to multi-task.
