Job Summary
The Senior Demand Generation Strategist leads integrated marketing initiatives that build awareness, engage priority accounts, and generate and accelerate qualified sales pipeline. Working with a high degree of latitude, this senior individual contributor applies expert demand generation knowledge to design solutions for complex B2B buying cycles and influence campaign priorities across Marketing and Sales.
Essential Functions
- Leads demand generation initiatives for priority markets, products, and audiences, aligning campaign strategies with company revenue goals and Sales objectives.
- Designs integrated, multichannel campaign solutions across email, digital advertising, content, webinars, events, account-based marketing, partner marketing, and coordinated Sales outreach.
- Translates product launches, industry trends, customer use cases, and Sales priorities into compelling campaign themes, messaging, offers, and buyer journeys tailored by market and funnel stage.
- Defines target audiences, account segments, buyer roles, channel strategies, budgets, timelines, and measurable success criteria for complex campaigns.
- Influences Marketing and Sales stakeholders by identifying priority accounts, stalled opportunities, pipeline gaps, and areas where marketing programs can support opportunity progression.
- Leads the development of account-based marketing programs for high-value enterprise and named accounts, coordinating engagement across Marketing, Sales, and channel partners.
- Analyzes campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance to identify complex performance barriers and design improvements to targeting, messaging, offers, channels, or Sales follow-up.
- Leads cross-functional campaign execution with Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Events, Sales, and external agencies, resolving complex issues and keeping programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Develops campaign-specific lead follow-up plans and service-level expectations in partnership with Sales.
- Builds regular feedback loops with Sales to capture customer questions, objections, competitive activity, emerging use cases, and account-level insights.
- Presents campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders to influence future priorities and investments.
- Drives improvements to demand generation processes, measurement frameworks, campaign planning practices, and cross-functional execution.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, growth marketing, or campaign strategy.
- Experience leading complex, integrated marketing initiatives for technology solutions sold to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated success designing campaigns that generate and influence qualified sales pipeline—not solely leads, clicks, or engagement.
- Experience developing account-based marketing and named-account programs within long, multi-stakeholder B2B buying cycles.
Required Technical Knowledge
- Expert knowledge of demand generation strategy, integrated campaign planning, audience segmentation, buyer journeys, and funnel progression.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, intent data, paid media, email nurture, funnel measurement, and campaign attribution.
- Ability to analyze complex campaign, funnel, and pipeline data; identify underlying performance issues; and design practical solutions.
- Experience developing campaign briefs, audience strategies, channel plans, budgets, timelines, messaging frameworks, and success criteria.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise infrastructure, data storage, cloud computing, cybersecurity, high-performance computing, media technology, or a related B2B technology category.
- Experience supporting a global Sales organization or marketing solutions sold through channel partners.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, TechTarget Priority Engine, GA4, or comparable platforms.
- Experience connecting event, digital, content, partner, and Sales programs into unified campaigns.
Location: Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Boulder, CO office. Relocation assistance is not available. Only local candidates will be considered

Compensation: $130,000–$140,000/ year; While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate’s actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience within the range.
