Demand Generation Lead
PreVeilPreVeil is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own our paid program and the demand programs that surround it. You’ll manage 7-figures in annual program spend across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Paid Affiliates, Paid Newsletters, and whatever channel earns its place next.
Run it like a portfolio manager: every dollar is a position, every campaign has a thesis, and you’re constantly reallocating dollars to their most efficient use. You’ll know your cost per opportunity by channel, segment, and campaign, and when the numbers turn against a campaign you pushed for, you’ll be the one to shut it off.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role on a lean team empowered to run your own . You’ll start by working with existing consultants, but you will eventually bring it in-house to own the strategy, execution, and goals.
You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have a team of top-tier marketers behind you: a Head of Content & Web for website and landing page experiences, Product Marketing for positioning and proof points & RevOps to assist on AI initiatives.
What You’ll Own
Optimize Existing Channels
Most of the budget sits in channels that already work. Your first job is to make each of them more efficient.
- Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing). Keyword expansion and pruning, match type and bid strategy, negative keyword hygiene, ad copy and extension testing, competitor and category coverage.
- Paid Social (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube). Audience building and layering, new ad formats as platforms release them, creative refresh cycles before fatigue sets in, and offer testing against each stage of the funnel.
- Paid Programs (Affiliates, Newsletters, Trade Networks). Partner selection, placement negotiation, offer and creative development, and honest measurement of what each program actually returns.
Underneath all of it is a running A/B testing calendar: ad copy, creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
Test New Channels
Our target audience also spends time in trade publications, industry newsletters, communities, podcasts, and events we may not be touching yet. You’ll find those places, get PreVeil in front of them, and structure each test with a budget, a hypothesis, and a kill criterion.
Build the AI Workflows Behind the Program
A 7-figure program at this pace usually takes a team. Building the workflows that cover it is part of the job, and you'll start from a foundation we've already built, like our AI Context Lake. A few examples of what that looks like in practice:
- Search term mining & negative keyword automation. Connecting Google Ads MCP to our Context Lake, pull in raw queries, cluster them by intent against our ICP, and surface new keyword candidates while stopping budget from leaking to the wrong searches.
- Creative and copy at volume. Generate variants, then rank them against the messages already winning before anything goes live.
- Reporting that assembles itself, so your time goes into the decision instead of the spreadsheet.
We're looking for someone who will build the next ten of these.
Share What You Learn
Paid is PreVeil’s fastest, highest-volume messaging test. What wins in an ad headline should inform how Sales opens a call and how Product Marketing writes a page. You’ll bring what you learn about messaging, targeting, and segment response back to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and RevOps, and pull their frontline insight into your campaigns.
What Success Looks Like at 6 Months
- You’ve automated our cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and cost-per-ARR by channel and segment reporting
- Budget has visibly shifted: you’ve defunded at least one underperforming lane and scaled at least one winner
- A regular A/B testing cadence is running, with documented results and winners rolled into the wider program
- At least two new channels or ad types have been tested to a clear go/no-go decision
- Paid-sourced pipeline is growing faster than paid spend
- Sales and Product Marketing are using messaging insights that came out of your ad testing
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Boston-based or able to collaborate in-person multiple days per week
Experience
- 4+ years running paid search and paid social for B2B or SaaS company, or at an agency
- Hands-on ownership of a meaningful budget with a track record tying paid spend to pipeline and revenue, not just leads and clicks
- Background in a technical or regulated field is preferred
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Deeply analytical & rigorous about testing.
- You lead with AI. It’s a production tool for you, not occasional ChatGPT prompts.
- Fluent in the platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, Reddit, etc
- Our stack also includes GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Nooks, Claude. Familiarity helps but the ability to learn any tool quickly matters more
Skills & Mindset
- Metrics-driven. You set clear KPIs, know which ones actually matter, and communicate wins and losses honestly
- Good human. You build trust quickly across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, CS, and the Executive team
- Intellectually curious
- Gritty and self-sufficient
- Sharp eye for creative

- 7-figure budget & autonomy. 7-figures to allocate on a lean team, where your decisions show up in the pipeline number within weeks.
- Profitable company, strong growth. We’re investing in building something great with top-tier marketers.
