Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join the Burger King team in Miami. This role sits at the intersection of the Performance Analysis and Sales Planning teams, building fluency across both to manage recurring reporting, lead analysis on franchisee and business-driven initiatives, and support Market Test read-outs. The Sr. Analyst will also own data quality and flowthrough validation between POS and backend systems, and look for ways to automate and streamline recurring analytical work.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the recurring weekly and monthly reporting cadence for both the Performance Analysis and Sales Planning teams, building and maintaining reporting decks per established SOPs, then identifying opportunities to improve processes over time.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Performance Analysis and Sales Planning, synthesizing insights and reporting output from both teams into a cohesive, consistent narrative.
  • Own analysis of franchisee-initiated business cases and other non-test initiatives, using synthesized knowledge from both teams to build clear, compelling stories for franchisee and local business partners.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into pockets of over and underperformance across markets and segments, using routine reporting to identify hotspots, define underlying drivers, and develop actionable learnings.
  • Own data quality and flowthrough validation, including POS setting checks ahead of national launches and Market Tests, ensuring a clean and reliable data handoff from POS to backend systems; partner closely with the Data Engineering and POS teams on structure, troubleshooting, and optimization ideas.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline recurring reporting and analytical workflows, leveraging AI and automation tools to increase speed, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across both teams and manage multiple concurrent workstreams with sound judgment and ownership from analysis through recommendation.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analytics, sales or marketing analytics, finance, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including reporting, data visualization, and presentation development.
  • Experience with SQL and BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Sigma, or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and data flowthrough/validation processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to translate complex, multi-source analysis into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
