Marketing Insights Analyst I
Rheem Manufacturing CompanyThis exciting role as a Marketing Insights Analyst I will be responsible for supporting market research projects, initiatives, and reporting. This will include a variety of activities including project management, conducting market research, data analysis, and report presentations.
This position will support Rheem North America, based in Oxnard, CA, Fort Smith, AR, O’Fallon, MO, San Antonio, TX, or Atlanta, GA. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify business opportunities for products, services, marketing, and demand generation
- Assist in the planning and execution of primary and secondary market research projects with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Devise/evaluate methods of collecting and leveraging data on customers, competitors, & market
- Design, deploy, and analyze surveys using tools such as Survey Monkey
- Prepare reports that simplify complex data results into actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage and develop standardized reporting and dashboards for key marketing & research KPIs
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to support optimization efforts
- Proactively share and present research reports and data analysis throughout the organization
- Support and maintain a suite of market research tools & resources including the insights library
- Be a champion for the voice of our customers within the business
- Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, market research, economics, or related field
- Capable of self-direction in a multi-task, deadline-oriented environment.
- Must possess a high level of attention to detail, and ability to take direction and ask questions.
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Strong desire to learn from and engage with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external customers in virtual and physical environments
- Awareness to tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau and advanced Excel are a plus

- Experience in related industry
- Previous survey design and primary research experience
- Previous project management experience

The pay scale for this position $52,700- $91,152. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
