We're looking for a creative, organized Social Media Manager / Marketing Assistant to help us tell our story and grow our presence across all three brands.

The Role

As our Social Media Manager / Marketing Assistant, you'll be the creative voice behind ORVAC, Renew Aesthetics, and The Edge Men's Health online. You'll plan and produce content that builds our brand, educates prospective patients, and keeps our community engaged - while also supporting broader marketing efforts like campaigns, events, and promotional materials. You'll work closely with our clinical and front-office teams to capture authentic stories and turn them into content that drives real interest in our services.

What This Role Does

At its core, this is a content-and-growth-driven role. You'll own the day-to-day social media presence and support marketing initiatives across all three clinics, making sure our brands stay visible, consistent, and engaging.

• Plan, create, and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for all three clinics.

• Build and maintain a content calendar that balances education, promotions, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes stories.

• Track engagement and performance metrics, adjusting strategy based on what resonates.

• Support paid social and digital ad campaigns alongside leadership.

What You'll Do

• Capture photo and video content in-clinic - patient testimonials (with consent), procedure explainers, staff spotlights, and event coverage.

• Write clear, on-brand captions and copy that reflect our practice philosophy, services, and tone.

• Coordinate with the clinical and front-desk teams to source stories, promotions, and timely content opportunities.

• Design simple graphics and promotional materials using tools like Canva for social posts, email, and in-clinic signage.

• Monitor and respond to comments and messages, routing patient questions to the right team member.

• Support community outreach, workshops, seminars, and wellness events with pre-event promotion, live coverage, and post-event recap content.

• Help maintain brand consistency across all channels, including the website and email marketing.

What We're Looking For

• You have a genuine creative eye and enjoy telling stories through photo, video, and copy.

• You communicate clearly and warmly, whether it's a caption, a comment reply, or a script for a reel.

• You're organized and deadline-driven - a content calendar doesn't slip past you.

• You think on your feet and adapt quickly to trends and real-time opportunities.

• You're comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera when needed.

• You work well across administrative, clinical, and leadership teams.

• Experience with social media management tools, Canva, or basic video editing is a plus.

• Healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness marketing experience is a bonus.

• A genuine interest in holistic or functional medicine is a bonus.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, in-person role supporting both clinic locations in Northwest Arkansas (Rogers, AR)

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (some flexibility may be needed based on business needs, including occasional event coverage)

• Hourly rate ($18 – 24/hr), plus variable performance incentive tied to company growth metrics
