Senior Specialist, Social Media

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Social Media who’s equal parts storyteller, culture watcher, strategist, and doer. You’ll help bring Torani’s brand and beverage culture to life across all our social media platforms through standout content, community engagement, and creator partnerships. You are a social-first marketer who combines strong brand instincts with platform expertise, creative judgment, operational discipline, and analytical thinking. Working with cross-functional teams and agency partners, you’ll help turn social strategy into conversations that spark participation, grow brand love, and drive measurable impact.

At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks – we flavor lives. We’re a Certified B Corporation committed to shared success, and that means everyone here plays a meaningful role. You’ll be empowered to grow, try new things, and help others thrive.

SUCCESS FACTORS (First 12–24 Months)

  • Social Strategy Architect: You have helped translate Torani’s brand and business priorities into a clear, channel-specific social media approach. You turn consumer insights, platform behavior, cultural moments, and business goals into editorial plans, content calendars, and always-on programming that build reach, relevance, engagement, and brand love.
  • Content & Culture Catalyst: You keep Torani close to beverage culture by identifying trends early and turning them into timely, distinctive social content. You understand how to build an always-on social presence while moving quickly when culture creates an opportunity. You help manage the social content pipeline from brief through execution, partnering with internal creative teams and agencies to deliver platform-native work that is on-brand, fast-moving, and optimized for how people use each channel.
  • Community Builder: You have strengthened Torani’s relationship with consumers by helping create an engaging, responsive, and welcoming social community. You manage day-to-day community engagement and escalation, follow community management standards, use conversations, comments, and social listening to uncover opportunities, consumer insights, and emerging issues while protecting the brand’s voice and reputation.
  • Creator & Influencer Growth Driver: You help manage an effective creator and influencer program that extends Torani’s reach and credibility with priority audiences. You identify potential partners, develop briefs and content expectations, coordinate agency and creator relationships, support brand and disclosure compliance, and evaluate performance to improve the program over time.
  • Performance-Minded Social Marketer: You use data to make social media smarter. You monitor KPIs and reporting across organic social, creator content, and paid social partnerships; track platform and content performance; translate results into clear recommendations; and partner with Digital Marketing to identify high-performing creative, amplification opportunities, audience learnings, and ways to improve effectiveness over time.
  • Cross-Functional Brand Champion: You are a strong social media partner across Torani, bringing a social-first perspective to launches, campaigns, retail moments, events, PR opportunities, and brand initiatives. You coordinate agency partners, timelines, approvals, budgets, and competing priorities with sound judgment, while helping stakeholders understand what great social looks like. You are comfortable coordinating agencies and creators, collaborating across functions, navigating ambiguity, and taking work from idea through to execution and optimization.
  • And yes – you make it fun, bringing curiosity, creativity, optimism, and a willingness to test and learn.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of social media, digital marketing, content marketing, or related brand marketing experience, ideally within a consumer brand or fast-moving consumer environment
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing organic social programs across major platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging channels
  • Experience managing social content development, editorial calendars, community management, social listening, and creator/influencer programs from planning through execution
  • Experience coordinating creative and/or social agencies, external partners, budgets, timelines, approvals, and multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social analytics and measurement, with the ability to turn performance data, audience insights, and cultural trends into actionable recommendations; familiarity with paid social is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong creative judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners
