Social Media Manager – Deluxe Med Spa
Southern California (Travel Required) | Full-Time
About Us
As a trusted name in non-invasive aesthetics since 2018, Deluxe Med Spa has been proudly serving clients across Southern California with advanced, personalized care. Our commitment to innovation and results-driven treatments has made us a go-to destination for those seeking injectables, laser therapies, and customized skincare solutions. At Deluxe, we foster a warm and inclusive environment where both clients and team members feel genuinely supported — and we're looking for a creative storyteller to bring that to life across our social channels.
The Role
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own content creation and social presence across all Deluxe Med Spa locations. This is a highly mobile, hands-on role — you'll travel to each of our Southern California locations on a rotating basis (5 days/week, one location per day) to capture real, in-clinic content: treatments, team moments, before/afters, promotions, and more. Over time, you'll build deep familiarity with each location and eventually manage your own schedule.

- Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and WeChat
- Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand priorities
- Edit photos and videos for social publishing (Reels, Stories, static posts, etc.)
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and grow community across platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on results
- Collaborate with clinic managers and the Annie marketing team to ensure on-brand, accurate content
- Stay current on med spa trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity

- Strong videography and photography skills — comfortable shooting and editing on mobile and/or camera
- Proficiency across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and WeChat

- Self-starter who can manage a travel-heavy, independently structured schedule
- Strong eye for aesthetics and on-brand visual storytelling
- Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Reliable transportation required — must be able to travel between Southern California locations daily
