Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (Australia) with monthly travel to Hong Kong

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead organic social media strategy and execution across global markets. This is a high-impact role for a creative and commercially minded social media professional who can drive audience growth, content performance, community engagement, and brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social media strategy across key channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn
• Develop and manage content calendars, social campaigns, and platform-specific content strategies
• Lead community management, audience engagement, and user-generated content initiatives
• Collaborate with ambassadors, creators, and internal teams to deliver engaging social content
• Monitor trends, identify growth opportunities, and create reactive content
• Track performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and business outcomes
• Implement AI tools and workflows to enhance content creation, reporting, and social media operations

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in social media marketing, with experience leading a social function
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
• Proven track record of growing social communities and delivering measurable results
• Hands-on content creation experience, including short-form video and copywriting
• Strong analytical skills and experience using social media reporting tools
• Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, athletes, or celebrity talent is highly regarded
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and content performance
