- You are equally a strategist, creative director, and operator. You obsess over details, move fast without being sloppy, and believe community management is not support work — it is the strategy
- If you’ve never personally responded from a brand account, shipped content in the moment, or defended a creative POV with conviction and data, this role is not for you

- Full ownership of multi-channel social growth with an explicit mandate to aggressively scale reach, engagement, and relevance (we are aiming for step-change, not incremental growth)
- Proven experience driving results across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook — understanding the unique role each platform plays

- Champion community management as the foundation of social success
