Prime Pest & Lawn is a fast-growing home services company serving over 20,000 customers across 8 states, with a rapidly expanding seasonal sales force. We're seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead brand development and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain brand identity and voice across all social platforms
• Produce original content from concept through final edit, including filming, editing, and post-production
• Create customer-facing content that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and website traffic
• Create sales-focused and recruiting content that supports seasonal hiring and applicant growth
• Monitor platform trends, formats, and audio to keep content current and competitive
• Travel as needed to capture content on location
• Manage a content calendar and posting cadence across all channels
• Track content performance and adjust strategy across both customer and recruiting objectives based on engagement data

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $55,000–$75,000/year, commensurate with experience and portfolio
• Full creative ownership of a growing brand across three platforms
• In-office role based in Sandy, UT

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated portfolio of brand identity and content work, including filming and editing samples
• Proficiency in video production and post-production editing
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategy and performance metrics
• Ability to travel for content production as required
