Responsibilities
• Create and submit 6 to 8 TikTok-style videos every week.
- Stay on top of daily TikTok trends, sounds, memes, formats, and viral moments.
- Turn trending content into brand-relevant videos with speed and creativity.
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas that feel authentic, entertaining, and shareable.
- Edit videos using CapCut, TikTok, or similar editing software.
- Film content using your own phone and equipment.
- Adapt quickly to new trends, often creating content within 24 hours.
- Monitor TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging social trends for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team while also working independently.
Requirements
• You spend a significant amount of time on TikTok and understand the platform inside and out.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and what makes content perform.
- Excellent short-form video editing skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or creating engaging behind-the-camera content.
- Creative, fast-moving, and able to execute with minimal direction.
- Strong communication and ability to consistently meet weekly deadlines.
- Portfolio of TikTok or short-form video content required.
