SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGER
JONATHAN ADLER
LOCATION:
Monday - Thursday onsite at our Soho location, Friday WFH
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to join our in-house Brand Creative team. Based on-site at our creative headquarters in the vibrant Soho neighborhood, you will play a key role in bringing Jonathan Adler’s brand story to life across social channels and cultivating meaningful engagement with our audience.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Creative, this role will work closely with our Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce and Retail teams to execute a thoughtful, elevated, and consistent social presence. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day publishing, community engagement, content planning, and social channel operations while helping translate larger brand initiatives into compelling social storytelling.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands that successful social media is equal parts creative sensibility, organizational excellence, and audience connection.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
This is an excellent opportunity for a social media professional who is passionate about design, interiors, culture, and storytelling. You have a strong understanding of social platforms and digital best practices, paired with excellent communication skills and a keen editorial eye.
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing content calendars, coordinating assets, and executing across multiple channels with consistency and care. You are comfortable collaborating with creative teams, interpreting brand direction, and identifying opportunities to engage our audience in meaningful ways.
You understand that social media extends beyond publishing content—it is an opportunity to build relationships, foster community, and strengthen brand affinity. You are curious, proactive, resourceful, and energized by both the creative and operational aspects of the role.
