About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Social and Influencer Manager who lives and breathes social media, understands the creator economy, and has a genuine instinct for what makes content stop a scroll. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, culturally connected, and excited to build something from the ground up.
In this role, you'll own Glowbar's social media presence across Instagram and TikTok, lead our influencer program, and manage the online community that surrounds our brand. You'll work closely with the Founder and CEO to bring the brand to life as you will be the person who makes Glowbar feel fast, relevant, and impossible to ignore online. As the Social and Influencer Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the Partnerships and Community Manager to ensure what's happening in the field and in-studio shows up online in a compelling way.

A Peek Into Your Day:
Own Social Media Strategy and Execution:
- Lead day-to-day planning, content creation, and publishing across Instagram and TikTok
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence that keeps Glowbar present, relevant, and culturally plugged in
- Write sharp, on-brand copy for every post, caption, and community touchpoint
- Build and maintain a content calendar that balances brand priorities, campaign moments, studio openings, and cultural opportunities
- Owning strategies on our current channels and ideating strategy for channels we haven’t touched yet
Support Founder and CEO Content Strategy:
- Partner closely with our Founder and CEO to develop and execute her personal social media presence across Instagram and TikTok
- Bring a strong creative point of view to her content, helping position her as one of the most compelling and credible voices in the skincare space
- Concept, shoot, edit, and publish content that feels authentic to her voice while reflecting the highest creative standard
Create and Produce Content:
- Concept, shoot, edit, and publish original content across platforms
- Partner with the marketing team to translate IRL moments like events, activations, and studio openings into compelling social content
- Develop creative briefs and content recommendations that support broader brand and business goals
- Ideate and create content for paid ads
- Identify trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments that keep Glowbar ahead of the conversation
Build and Manage the Influencer Program:
- Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and creators across nano, micro, and macro tiers
- Own influencer briefs, deliverable tracking, and relationship management from end to end
- Build influencer lists and develop lasting relationships through membership trade programs
- Identify and grow TikTok Shop affiliate opportunities as a creator commerce and revenue channel
Lead Community Management:
- Own comments, DMs, and tagged content across all platforms, responding in Glowbar's voice in a timely and authentic way
- Foster meaningful conversations with clients that build real community
- Monitor sentiment and surface insights and feedback
Report on Performance:
- Track and report on social and influencer performance weekly and monthly
- Bring a clear point of view on what is working, what is not, and what to do about it
- Use data to continuously improve content strategy and influencer program effectiveness

If all this sounds great, these are things that are required to join:
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation
- Hands-on fluency in TikTok and Instagram, you don't just use these platforms, you understand how they work
- Graphic design experience in Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
- Experience producing and editing native social content
- Strong copywriting skills
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are an energetic, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You Bring:
- Experience with TikTok Shop or creator commerce programs
- Experience in Asana
- Experience in CreatorIQ or similar platform
- Existing relationships in the beauty or skincare creator community
- Love of beauty, wellness, and skincare
- Experience at an early-stage or scaling startup
