About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with our Creative Lead and broader Marketing team, you'll be responsible for growing Explorers' owned social channels into thriving communities.

This is a hands-on, creative role where no two days are the same. One day you'll be visiting centres capturing beautiful content, the next you'll be editing videos, planning campaigns, analysing insights or identifying emerging trends to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing our organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Creating engaging short-form video, photography, Reels, Stories, blogs and employer brand content.
• Visiting our centres regularly to uncover authentic stories and build relationships with educators and leadership teams.
• Growing engaged online communities through meaningful interactions and community management.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, recruitment initiatives, new centre openings and brand activations.
• Leveraging AI and content creation tools to improve efficiency while maintaining authentic storytelling.
• Monitoring analytics, identifying opportunities and continually optimising content performance.

About You

You'll bring creativity, curiosity and a passion for creating content that genuinely resonates with people.

You'll also have:

• 3+ years' experience in social media, content marketing or brand communications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form video, photography and written content.
• Experience growing social media communities and increasing engagement.
• Confidence filming, editing and producing high-quality content.
• Knowledge of platform algorithms, trends and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar.
• Strong copywriting, organisation and project management skills.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders across the business.

Experience within employer branding or consumer-facing brands will be highly regarded.
