$65,000 per year plus a 15% quarterly performance bonus, 10 days of PTO, medical, dental, and vision, and weekly pay.

About the Role

Taryn Newton Co. is hiring a Social Media & Affiliate Content Specialist to run our daily Facebook strategy and keep our LTK and Amazon affiliate content posting consistently. You will be the sole owner of Facebook strategy, using performance data to decide what to post and when, and you will support the content and shoot work behind the scenes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes shopping and style content, enjoys working with numbers, and is happy to roll up their sleeves in the office. You will join a small, close team (including an affiliate manager, a house and lifestyle manager, and a virtual affiliate operations teammate) where everyone carries real responsibility. The team uses Trello and Canva and is learning to use Claude AI in its workflows, and you will help shape how we use them. You will report directly to Taryn Newton.

What You Will Do

Facebook Strategy and Execution (you own it)

• Own daily Facebook posting strategy, cadence, and execution
• Create and post daily outfit collages
• Source products daily from Facebook shopping pages and map out daily deals and shopping lists
• Monitor post engagement, clicks, and sales, and report on trends and insights
• Use analytics to adjust posting strategy and content mix
• Manage comments, engagement, and community interaction

Affiliate Posting and Optimization

• Post daily to LTK and Amazon according to posting expectations
• Work with the LTK Concierge to schedule and optimize content
• Build content plans based on Amazon and LTK analytics
• Support Saturday carousel posting and weekend affiliate pushes
• Manage the Trello affiliate calendar and keep posting consistent
• Execute against established affiliate goals (this role does not own revenue targets or monetization decisions)

Analytics and Reporting

• Track LTK and Amazon performance and identify ebbs and flows
• Deliver weekly summaries of the best-performing content
• Identify the best days and times to post based on data
• Track product performance and repeat winners, and surface high-performing products, categories and formats

Content and Community

• Respond to DMs and manage comment engagement
• Engage with followers and brand pages as directed
• Track trends and suggest content ideas to test
• Support giveaways, including posting, winner tracking, and fulfillment

Shoot Prep and Inventory (the hands-on part)

• Lay out items for shoot lists and prepare outfits and products for filming and photography
• Steam items, assist with content logistics, and put items away after shoots
• Open packages, manage incoming inventory, and track what is in stock and not yet shot
• Manage weekly returns and keep the office, closet, and flex space organized
• Oversee Poshmark operations: listing, posting, customer service, and shipping

Design Coordination

• Coordinate weekly with the graphic designer through Trello
• Manage Canva assets and keep the company Canva organized

What You Bring

Required

• 1+ years of experience in social media, content coordination, or e-commerce operations. Equivalent experience counts, including running your own shop, blog or creator account
• Hands-on experience managing a business or brand Facebook page
• Working knowledge of Canva and Trello, Asana, or a similar project tool
• Comfort reading analytics and turning them into clear weekly summaries
• Ability to handle the physical side of the job, including lifting packages, steaming, and organizing inventory
• Availability for Saturday posting and occasional evening or weekend work

Nice to have (we will train you)

• Experience with LTK, Amazon Associates or other affiliate marketing
• Experience with Poshmark or another resale platform
• A background in fashion, lifestyle or retail content
• Experience running giveaways or tracking inventory

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, hybrid position based at 130 N Preston Rd, Prosper, TX 75078. The usual schedule is in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays and remote Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, though days can shift with travel plans. In-office days run 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and remote days run 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Because the work is time-sensitive, occasional evening or weekend availability is needed, including Saturday carousel posting and weekend affiliate pushes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of $65,000 per year
• 15% performance-based discretionary bonus, paid quarterly
• 10 days of paid time off each calendar year
• Group medical, dental, and vision insurance, effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
• Eligibility for the company retirement plan
• Weekly pay, every Friday
