Key Responsibilities:

Managing campaign setup, trafficking, creative delivery, and budget pacing.

Executing and optimizing paid search (SEM/PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Monitoring performance and preparing reports on key metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

Ensuring creative assets are properly formatted and delivered on schedule.

Typical Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, media coordination, or campaign management.

PPC Specialist / PPC Executive

This is a core, hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of PPC campaigns. It is execution-focused but requires significant analytical skill.

Core Focus: The daily management, optimization, and performance of paid advertising programs to maximize ROI and lower acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display) and social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.

Conducting in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Writing and testing ad copy variations for performance optimization.

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.

Typical Experience: Often requires 3-5 years of hands-on PPC experience, sometimes in a specific market (e.g., B2B, regulated industries).

Media Buyer

While the title is traditional, the modern "Media Buyer" role is very similar to a PPC Specialist but often emphasizes the commercial and negotiation aspects of buying ad inventory across multiple platforms.

Core Focus: Executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms according to approved media plans, with a strong focus on performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Launching, managing, and scaling paid campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.

Adjusting bids, budgets, and routing to maximize profitability for lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.

Analyzing traffic behavior and providing actionable insights to the team.

Optimizing for metrics like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA, and RPC (Revenue Per Click).

Typical Experience: Ranges from mid to senior level, often requiring 4-6 years of hands-on paid media experience with a clear performance track record.

Salary: 110000 - 150000 GBP Per annum
