About the role
 
This is a performance marketing role sitting across paid media, conversion optimisation and marketing operations. You'll own global campaign execution across search, social, video, display and email, working closely with a senior growth marketing leader to drive new customer acquisition and revenue. AI is built into how this team works, freeing you up to focus on strategy, testing and the decisions that actually move the needle.
 
What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and execute integrated paid media campaigns across search, display, video, social and email
  • Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks and deliver clear performance recommendations
  • Work alongside agency partners to keep paid channels on target
  • Run multivariate A/B tests on landing pages to lift conversion and ROI
  • Support broader growth initiatives around targeting, awareness and activation
  • Help manage and optimise the company website in collaboration with the content team
  • Support CRM and automation initiatives including nurture campaigns, segmentation and data integrity
  • Work with GTM operations on tagging and audience management
  • Manage organic social channels in collaboration with the content team
What you'll bring
  • Proven performance or digital marketing experience, agency or in-house
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of SEO and website/CMS management
  • Strong analytical skills across Google Analytics, SEMrush and ideally a BI tool
  • You already use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini daily for copy, analysis and reporting, and know where they genuinely add value
  • Commercially focused, experimentally minded and a strong collaborator across marketing, sales and agency partners
