About The Role

As the Performance Marketing Manager on the Marketing team at Wander, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition across key digital channels to drive high-intent traffic and qualified leads for wander.com/os. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling a performance engine that fuels awareness, trials, and product adoption for Wander OS—a modern operating system for hosting and managing short-term rentals. In this salaried, full-time role, you will partner closely with product marketing, sales, and analytics to design data-driven campaigns, experiment with new channels and tactics, and continually refine our funnel to improve ROI and payback. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who is both analytical and creative, with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS or software-like products, a passion for testing and iteration, and a desire to help shape how a new category-defining product reaches property managers and hosts.

What You'll Do

  • Own performance marketing strategy and execution for wander.com/os across core paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and relevant vertical platforms).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns to drive quality traffic, trials, demos, and sign-ups for Wander OS, aligned with growth targets and CAC/ROI goals.
  • Develop and manage a structured experimentation roadmap, including A/B tests on creative, messaging, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, channel attribution, and funnel health; communicate insights and recommendations to marketing and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to translate Wander OS value propositions into compelling ad copy, creative concepts, and offers tailored to property managers and hosts.
  • Partner with design and content teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign assets that improve relevance and conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies, leveraging first-party data, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and contextual targeting.
  • Work with analytics and RevOps (or equivalent) to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement across the user journey, including pixels, UTM strategy, and event tracking.
  • Monitor and manage paid media budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to hit performance goals while maximizing efficiency and staying within constraints.
  • Identify and evaluate new channels, tools, and partners that can drive incremental high-quality demand for Wander OS.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle, email, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive acquisition, nurture, and retention journeys for prospects acquired through paid channels.
  • Stay current on performance marketing best practices, platform changes, and trends in B2B SaaS and property management technology to inform strategy and experimentation.
  • Provide regular performance readouts, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid acquisition for B2B SaaS, software, or tech products.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and at least one major social platform (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn) to meaningful revenue or pipeline goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics (or GA4), ad platform analytics, and BI or dashboarding tools to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize toward CAC, ROAS, payback period, or similar efficiency metrics.
  • Experience designing and running structured A/B tests and experiments, including hypothesis development, test design, measurement, and iteration.
  • Comfort working with tracking and attribution fundamentals, including pixels, tags, UTMs, conversion events, and multi-touch attribution concepts.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills for performance creatives, with the ability to translate complex product benefits into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing, design, sales, and analytics teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with or interest in the short-term rental, property management, or hospitality technology space is a plus.
  • Experience with landing page optimization tools (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce, Optimizely) and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.
