Ecommerce Equation is looking for a Paid Media Manager to own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid acquisition campaigns on Meta across Australia and the US.

This is a hands-on role for someone with around 3 years of media buying experience who’s ready to take real ownership of campaign performance. You’ll work directly with our Founder and Head of Growth, who will give you strategic direction, share their expertise, and actively invest in your development. It’s a genuine opportunity to grow quickly alongside experienced operators in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch and manage paid Meta campaigns across Australian and North American markets
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make timely optimisations based on what the data is telling you
  • Run structured tests on audiences, copy, creative, CTAs, landing pages and bidding strategies – and document what you find
  • Manage conversion tracking across pixels and resolve any tracking issues quickly
  • Manage daily and weekly spend, flag performance issues early, and identify opportunities to scale what’s working
  • Report weekly and monthly to the Founder with clear performance summaries and actionable recommendations
  • Track ROAS and MER to ensure profitability across both markets
  • Incorporate lead quality feedback into targeting and campaign decisions
  • Support landing page optimisation by sharing performance insights with the design and marketing team
  • Stay current with Meta platform updates, new features and algorithm changes

Who You Are

  • Around 3 years of experience in a paid media or media buying role, with a focus on lead generation
  • Solid, practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager – you’re comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end without hand-holding
  • Experience running B2B campaigns or lead generation funnels
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels and basic attribution concepts
  • Analytical by nature – you use data to make decisions, not just report on them
  • Strong written communication; you can write ad copy and briefs clearly and concisely
  • Able to work independently, manage your own priorities and take real ownership of results
  • Comfortable operating in a founder-led, scale-up business where pace and adaptability matter
