Role Overview
PeopleConnect is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to manage and optimize Google Search and Google Display campaigns while supporting additional paid acquisition channels including Meta, Native, and Programmatic.
This role is focused on hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with senior strategists and cross-functional partners to drive efficient growth across multiple channels.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in paid media, move quickly, and take ownership of campaign performance.

Base Range: $70,000 – $90,000
This position is exempt (salaried).
The range reflects what the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.
