Voyage Counseling is a small mental health practice, and we're looking for someone to run our social media and help us show up in the community.

You'd own our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — planning a monthly content calendar, creating posts, and filming and editing short videos. A big part of the job is putting our therapists on camera: producing clinician spotlights, and following up with busy people to get the clips you need. The other half is outreach — building relationships with school counselors, physicians, nonprofits, and local organizations so more people know we're here.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of independence. It'll suit someone who can keep a calendar, hit recurring deadlines, and produce consistently without being reminded.

What we're looking for

• A portfolio of social content you've made — personal projects and volunteer work absolutely count
• Comfort filming and editing short-form video on your phone
• A feel for what works differently on each platform
• Professional, clear writing for public-facing posts
• Reliability and follow-through

Experience with Canva, scheduling tools, or analytics is a plus, but we're happy to hire a strong beginner with good instincts and a real portfolio.

Because we're a healthcare provider, this role includes HIPAA training and strict confidentiality requirements around clients. We'll walk you through all of it.

Hours start at 10 per week. If the work brings in inquiries and clients, there's room for the role to grow in both hours and scope.
