Job Title: Marketing & eCommerce Manager
Location: Sydney
We are seeking a commercially driven Marketing & eCommerce Manager to lead brand, performance and digital growth strategy. This is a senior role combining brand leadership with full ownership of commercial outcomes, including international expansion into the US market.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, ecommerce and brand channels.
- Own Shopify and Klaviyo performance, driving conversion, retention and revenue growth.
- Lead and optimise paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Oversee influencer, PR, events and seasonal campaign execution.
- Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team and external partners.
- Lead the US market launch strategy from go-to-market through scale.
- Analyse performance data and own marketing P&L reporting and optimisation.
Qualifications - 6–8+ years’ experience in marketing and eCommerce, including senior leadership roles.
- Strong expertise across Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google and GA4.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver commercial growth in DTC environments.
- Experience with international market launches, ideally US expansion.
- Strong analytical capability with confidence in P&L ownership and reporting.
