Job Description:
Managing Partner Growth Analytics, Omnicom Media UK
Data, Technology and Analytics, Omnicom Media EMEA
We are embarking on a monumental transformation, establishing an integrated Data, Technology & Analytics organization. Our mission is to give brands confidence in every choice, empowering the world’s largest advertisers to make evidence-based decisions on where to invest, who to reach, and how to optimise media to deliver business growth.
Data, Technology and Analytics combines Acxiom's unmatched data intelligence with Omnicom Media’s analytics expertise and solutions capabilities. Our goal is to forge this integrated entity into a powerful competitive differentiator, enabling superior client insights, innovative solutions, and profitable growth.
The Role
The Managing Partner, Growth Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for the day-to-day delivery and commercial performance of our Growth Analytics capability across priority client engagements. Working closely with the Head of Growth Analytics, this role acts as the connective tissue between strategy, delivery and clients — translating advanced analytics into business outcomes, keeping complex programmes on track, and shaping the commercial and strategic direction of our proposition.
This is a hands-on senior role that combines client partnership, operational rigour, and commercial contribution. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable in a boardroom articulating the value of measurement and analytics, and behind the scenes diagnosing delivery roadblocks and reshaping ways of working to unlock team performance.
Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Growth
Act as a senior point of contact for major client engagements, adeptly translating technical findings into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
Build trusted, consultative relationships with client-side marketing, insight and commercial leads, becoming a go-to advisor on measurement, analytics and growth.
Work closely with other teams in the agency and across the wider analytics discipline to deliver high-impact recommendations, grounded in data and proven measurement approaches.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by uncovering unmet needs or advanced analytical projects that can drive measurable results.
Champion the commercial value of integrated analytics, ensuring every engagement demonstrates clear, evidenced impact on client business outcomes.
2. Operational Management & Problem-Solving
Coordinate complex project workflows across multiple functions — data science, audience analytics, data management, visualisation and martech — stepping in to "catch" and resolve roadblocks proactively.
Maintain oversight of project scoping, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to keep engagements running efficiently and profitably.
Implement processes for ongoing performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and client expectations.
Partner with the Operations team to ensure forecasting, utilisation and margin tracking are accurate and actionable.
Anticipate risk and ambiguity in delivery, providing calm, clear decision-making that keeps teams moving and clients confident.
3. Strategic & Commercial Contribution
Work alongside the Head of Growth Analytics to define the strategic roadmap for OM's Data, Technology & Analytics proposition, shaping team structures, tools, and methodologies.
Contribute to pitches, proposals and strategic discussions, articulating the commercial value of advanced analytics to prospective and current clients.
Help shape repeatable, productised offerings that scale our impact across markets and agency brands.
Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for continuous innovation and expansion of our analytical capabilities.
Act as a senior representative of the discipline in internal forums, agency leadership conversations and external industry settings.
4. People & Community
Coach and develop senior practitioners within the Growth Analytics team, modelling high standards of client craft, commercial thinking and collaboration.
Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability and continuous learning, and contribute to the wider Data, Technology and Analytics community across EMEA.
Champion diverse perspectives and inclusive ways of working in every team you build and every engagement you lead.
What You Will Bring
Significant Experience of progressive experience in analytics, data science, measurement or marketing effectiveness, including significant time in a senior client-facing or consulting capacity.
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary analytics engagements for large advertisers, ideally within a media agency, consultancy or martech environment.
Strong commercial acumen — experience scoping, pricing, and growing accounts, and a comfortable communicator of the commercial value of analytics.
Deep working knowledge across the modern measurement stack: marketing mix modelling, attribution, incrementality testing, audience analytics, customer data and activation.
Experience operating across the wider data and technology ecosystem (cloud data platforms, CDPs, visualisation tools, martech and ad-tech) and a clear point of view on where the industry is heading.
Excellent operational instincts — able to bring structure to ambiguity, unblock teams, and keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the strategic thread.
Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills, with the gravitas to engage and influence senior client and agency stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to coach senior practitioners and build high-performing, inclusive teams.
Experience contributing to new business — pitches, proposals and proactive opportunity creation.
A collaborative, low-ego approach: comfortable leading from the front when needed, and equally comfortable enabling others to shine.
Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, capable of managing change and ambiguity effectively.
