About The Role:
The Manager, CRM & Mobile Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of the company’s mobile marketing channels. This role will own the end-to-end mobile customer communication strategy across acquisition, lifecycle, promotional, and retention campaigns, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across SMS, Email, and future app channels.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and analytical — someone who understands how to drive incremental business impact through mobile messaging, while also balancing customer experience, message fatigue, and channel profitability. This role will partner closely with CRM, Loyalty, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Marketing Operations to optimize channel performance and customer engagement.
