Freelance CRM Manager

At Dijitally, we help ambitious brands grow through smart digital marketing. As we continue expanding our work with one of the world's leading fintech companies, we're looking for an experienced Freelance CRM Manager to join us on a part-time contract (20–25 hours per week).

You'll work closely with the Group Account Director and CRM Lead on the strategy and execution for key client accounts, delivering high-performing lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, retention and growth.

What you'll do

• Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Build and optimise campaigns across email, SMS and marketing automation.
• Analyse performance and continuously improve results.
• Partner with clients and our Strategy, Creative and Performance teams to deliver outstanding work.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Strong Marketo experience (essential)
• Experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is a bonus.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

This is a remote, freelance contract, averaging 20–25 hours per week. We're flexible on how you structure your week, provided you're responsive, collaborative and available during AEST business hours.
