About the Role
Longbridge is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full lifecycle journey — from first activation to long-term loyalty — while building an authentic, engaged community around our brand. This is an exciting hybrid role: part lifecycle marketer, part community builder, part storyteller. You'll design the systems that move users from sign-up to funded, active, retained customers, and you'll create the content — including video — that gives our most engaged users a reason to stick around and advocate for us.
You'll sit at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Content, working closely with Data and Marketing Ops to turn behavioral insight into lifecycle strategy, and with Social and Performance teams to make sure users move seamlessly from acquisition into engagement and retention.
What You'll Do
Lifecycle Strategy & Execution
- Drive user growth across the full customer lifecycle — activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, and reactivation across key owned channels, including email, push, in-app messaging, and notifications
- Conduct segmentation analysis to identify distinct user groups by behavior, funding status, and engagement level, and build tailored lifecycle strategies for each
- Design and optimize onboarding and activation flows to accelerate time-to-value and increase conversion to funded and/or paid users
- Partner with Product, Data, and Marketing Ops to define lifecycle triggers, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation frameworks
- Lead A/B testing and iterative optimization of lifecycle journeys based on behavioral insights and performance data
- Measure and report on lifecycle KPIs — activation rate, retention, reactivation, LTV, and contribution to overall acquisition efficiency
Community & Content
- Design strategies to attract new users and convert them to funded accounts through email marketing, community building, and content creation
- Create and edit video content — including ongoing video series — that engages users, builds trust, and brings the brand to life across channels
- Collect user insights and feedback, and share them with Product and Marketing teams to inform business decisions
- Identify super-users and partners who can organically advocate for and amplify the brand
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or community management, ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or a high-growth app-based product
- Proven experience designing and executing lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app) with measurable impact on activation, retention, or conversion
- Strong skills in customer segmentation — able to break down a user base into meaningful segments and build tailored strategies for each, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach
- Comfortable working with data — able to define KPIs, read performance dashboards, and translate behavioral insight into action, alongside data and marketing ops teams
- Strong community instincts — you know how to find, engage, and mobilize a brand's most passionate users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, Social, and Performance teams
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of personal finance, investing, or trading — a huge plus
- Confident creating and editing video content independently — comfortable being on camera, scripting, filming, and editing a recurring video series with minimal support
- Familiarity with lifecycle/marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or similar)
