Influencer Marketing Manager
Noom USNoom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We’re a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We’re a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, you’ll see the impact of your work on the world.
Our Marketing Team
Noom’s Brand Marketing team is at the forefront of shaping how we show up in the world—building a cohesive, differentiated brand that earns trust and drives long-term growth. As we expand into new categories, from clinical weight loss to emerging health innovations, our team brings together storytelling, strategy, and creativity to connect with millions of users in meaningful ways.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale Noom’s influencer and creator program. This is part builder, part operator: we have an early operating model in place, but it still needs a lot of work—you’ll refine and scale it into a seamless, compliant process that makes creator marketing work for a medication business. You’ll own sourcing and creator relationships end-to-end, building genuine rapport with talent, and run the program with a paid-first mindset—securing content built to perform in our paid campaigns. You’ll expand us beyond Instagram into YouTube and TikTok, own our influencer platform, and partner across Brand, Growth, Creative, and Customer Ops to turn creator content into a reliable, high-performing engine.
You Will
- Refine, build out, and continuously optimize Noom’s influencer operating model end-to-end—taking today’s early process and making it a seamless, compliant path for medication-eligible creators, from sourcing and eligibility (product quiz), through VIP fulfilment with Customer Ops, reimbursement and payment, contracting, and usage rights.
- Own creator sourcing and outreach at scale, and personally manage day-to-day relationships with both new prospects and our existing roster—building rapport and trust with talent directly over email, DMs, and video calls.
- Run the program with a paid-first mindset—securing content and usage rights designed to run in paid campaigns as partnership/whitelisted ads and licensed raw creative, where we drive the most reach and value, rather than relying on organic creator posts alone.
- Expand the program beyond Instagram into YouTube and TikTok, identifying and unlocking the right creators for each platform.
- Own and manage our influencer marketing platform (CreatorIQ)—roster management, workflows, and reporting.
- Partner with the Brand Media team and the Growth Marketing team to develop creator content that serves both brand-building and direct-response objectives.
- Work with our in-house Creative team to slice, edit, and repackage rights-cleared creator content into multiple assets—maximizing the value of every piece we license.
- Own the influencer budget, contracts, invoices, and payments, keeping spend tracked and reconciled.
- Partner with the Associate Brand Media Manager to report on asset performance—understanding which creators and content types work, and feeding those learnings back into sourcing and briefing.
- Ensure all creator content meets FTC disclosure and health/medical advertising compliance standards, partnering with Legal and Regulatory.
- Stay ahead of creator, platform, and cultural trends to keep Noom’s program fresh and competitive.
About You
If you’re an influencer marketer who loves building processes from scratch, understands how creator content really performs in paid media, and gets energized by solving hard operational problems—this role may be for you!
You Have
- 6+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, ideally with paid-social and partnership-ad experience.
- A proven track record running creator content in paid campaigns (partnership/whitelisted ads, licensed raw creative), not just organic posting.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable reaching out to and negotiating with creators directly (email, DMs, video calls) and building long-term rapport with talent.
- Hands-on experience with an influencer marketing platform such as CreatorIQ.
- Experience sourcing, contracting, and managing creators on Instagram, and ideally TikTok and/or YouTube.
- A strong grasp of creator usage rights, contracting, and FTC / health advertising compliance.
- Experience managing budgets, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Comfort with data and performance reporting to optimize the roster and content.
- A plus: familiarity with the health and GLP-1 creator landscape—you know the creators making this content and how to find more.
- Bonus: experience in a regulated, health, or wellness category, or refining and scaling an early-stage program or process.
What Makes This Job Amazing
- You’ll take an early-stage program and shape it into a scalable creator engine—owning the model, the platform, and the strategy at a pivotal moment in the brand’s growth.
- You’ll solve a genuinely novel challenge: making influencer marketing work for a medication business, at scale, in a paid-first model.
- Your work will connect millions of people to a health mission that changes lives.
- You’ll partner with a talented Brand Media, Growth, and Creative team—with the budget and support to make the content actually perform.
What You’ll Earn and Enjoy
- Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
- Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
- Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
- Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
- And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom's products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.
The base salary range for this position is $106,830–$139,600. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
