About Us

BNTO is an AI-powered “omni-consumption” subscription platform that personalizes your fashion experience with an innovative approach to new purchases, rentals, and resales.

Powered by ALMA.AI, our proprietary full-stack vertical AI solution, BNTO rethinks fashion’s supply and demand by leveraging real-time inventory data and user behavior to drive smarter decisions—not just around what to offer, but how people can access it and at what price point. By connecting rental, resale, and new purchase options through a unified inventory pool, we dynamically match products with demand in the most efficient and personalized way. This approach allows us to flex inventory across consumption modes, unlock higher profitability, and give consumers ultimate flexibility—all while reducing waste and overproduction.

BNTO is part of ViaVia Corporation, and we are a Series B company in the fashion tech space, backed by industry-leading investors including Headline, Notable Capital, Basis Set Ventures, NEA, the AI Fund, and Exor.

About the Role

BNTO is looking for an Influencer and Affiliate Manager to build and scale the creator and affiliate programs that put our brand in front of potential customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find the right creators, scale affiliate programs, and negotiate deals that work for both sides.

You’ll work closely with other members of the marketing team, owning the day-to-day while shaping the bigger picture. If you’re energized by building something from the ground up, love fashion, move fast, and know how to drive growth with influencers and affiliates, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

Influencers & Creators

  • Source, vet, and recruit creators and influencers whose audience and content align with the BNTO brand.
  • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation directly with creators and their representatives.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships across an active roster of creator partners, from first outreach through close of partnership.
  • Coordinate product gifting, creative briefs, and content approvals to keep partners on-brand and on-schedule.
  • Track and report performance, and use the data to continually refine the creator mix and creative briefs.
  • Write creative briefs to provide guidance on brand and content requirements.

Affiliates

  • Own and grow BNTO's affiliate program end to end, from recruitment through ongoing partner management.
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with top-tier affiliates through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Analyze program-level and partner-level performance to continually prune underperforming partners and double down on what's working.
  • Own the affiliate program budget, including forecasting spend, tracking commissions and bonuses against ROI/CAC targets, and reallocating budget toward top-performing partners.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, ideally with a beauty or fashion brand.
  • A track record of scaling influencer and affiliate programs to drive significant revenue.
  • Experience owning program budgets and reporting results against it (CAC, ROI, conversion).
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate and influencer platforms (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Impact, CreatorIQ, etc.).
  • Strong platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with an eye for what performs natively on each.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort being the voice of the brand in creator and affiliate conversations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple programs, budgets, and deadlines without dropping details.
  • You believe that feedback is a gift; you can receive and grow from feedback, all without ego.
  • Nimble, scrappy and adaptable with a high sense of urgency. Can thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, including pitching in to support other persons and teams
  • Will consistently cultivate a culture of positivity inclusion where all team members feel a sense of belonging and can bring their authentic selves to work

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range of $90,000 to $120,000, depending on relevant factors such as experience, skill sets and the final job level. The higher end of this range is reserved for candidates with higher experience and qualifications.
  • We offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance with generous company contributions, a company 401(k) plan; PTO policy with company holidays and paid parental leave; and generous equity.
