We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale the lead generation engine that fuels our Corporate Partnerships team. The Growth Marketing Manager leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of growth marketing initiatives that drive new corporate partnerships for the Arbor Day Foundation. This role owns the full lead generation ecosystem from identifying prospective partners and creating demand to nurturing opportunities and delivering qualified leads to the Partnerships team.
As a key individual contributor, you'll build scalable growth strategies, optimize marketing funnels, leverage data to drive decision-making, and continuously improve performance across channels to expand the Foundation's impact through corporate engagement.
What you’ll bring:

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, lead generation, growth marketing, or a related field.
Proven success building and scaling lead generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, lead scoring, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Experience partnering closely with sales or business development teams.
Exceptional analytical skills and a track record of using data, testing, and insights to improve performance.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and make strategic decisions with minimal oversight.
Experience within sustainability, environmental, nonprofit, or purpose-driven organizations is a plus.
What you’ll do:
Own Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies that generate qualified opportunities for the Corporate Partnerships team across four business lines.
Build Pipeline: Create and optimize scalable demand generation programs that consistently drive awareness, engagement, and new partnership opportunities.
Drive Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, outbound outreach, content marketing, social media, events, and emerging channels to grow the partnership pipeline.
Optimize the Marketing Funnel: Continuously improve lead qualification, nurturing, conversion rates, and partner acquisition through testing, data analysis, and funnel optimization.
Turn Data into Action: Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline health, translating insights into recommendations that improve growth and ROI.
Generate Inbound Demand: Identify new opportunities to attract prospective partners through compelling positioning, thought leadership, content, and brand-building initiatives.
Partner Across Teams: Collaborate closely with Corporate Partnerships, Marketing Communications, and Business Intelligence teams to align marketing efforts with growth goals and ensure a seamless prospect experience.
Strengthen Strategic Relationships: Engage with internal stakeholders, industry organizations, and corporate partners to uncover opportunities and support long-term growth.
Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities to inform strategy and identify new avenues for growth.
Manage Marketing Investments: Oversee lead generation budgets, vendors, marketing technology, and sponsorship opportunities to maximize impact and return on investment.

Your Support System:
You'll report to the Director of Marketing, Corporate Partnerships and Carbon and work closely with Corporate Partnership Directors, the Partnerships team, Marketing Communications, and Business Intelligence.
Days and Location:
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Schedule: In-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; optional remote work on Wednesday and Friday. Office hours are 8am to 5pm
