About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who loves turning ideas into results.
Our marketing team has no shortage of opportunities, campaigns, and growth ideas. What we're missing is another high-caliber operator who can take ownership of those opportunities and execute them to a high standard.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to identify growth opportunities, build campaigns, launch initiatives, measure results, and continuously improve performance.
You'll also bring an invaluable USA perspective to our business. We see significant growth potential in the American market and want someone who understands the culture, buying behaviour, language, and nuances that can help us identify opportunities and avoid blind spots.
This is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage vendors or coordinate projects. It's for someone who enjoys building, testing, launching, optimizing, and winning.
