About the Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in scaling e-commerce brands across international markets. They partner with established direct-to-consumer businesses and focus on sustainable growth, profitability, and data-driven decision making.

As a Google Ads Media Buyer, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, managing strategy, execution, optimization, and client communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with hands-on campaign management and wants to have a direct impact on business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display.

  • Own the performance of assigned client accounts, ensuring campaigns contribute to revenue growth and profitability.

  • Develop testing frameworks for campaign structure, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and ad copy.

  • Analyze account performance and translate data into actionable optimization plans.

  • Monitor key business metrics such as ROAS, MER, CAC, revenue contribution, and overall spend efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal media buying specialists to exchange insights and solve performance challenges.

  • Support creative development by providing feedback, creative briefs, and ad copy recommendations.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

  • Maintain clear communication with clients through Slack, reporting, and regular performance meetings.

  • Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and emerging e-commerce trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.

  • Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns.

  • Experience working with performance-driven KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue growth.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and a working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions.

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment.

  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce ecosystems.

  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools such as Triple Whale.

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

  • Experience collaborating with Meta Ads teams on multi-channel growth strategies.
