Who We're Looking For

FHE Health is seeking an experienced and creative Director of Social Media to lead our digital presence, strengthen brand awareness, and drive meaningful engagement across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven leader with a proven track record in social media growth, content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling. This individual will bring fresh ideas, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with our mission in behavioral health and addiction recovery.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader to elevate FHE Health's digital presence, expand our reach, and make a meaningful impact by connecting individuals and families with the resources and support they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee content creation, including videos, photography, graphics, and engaging written content.
• Manage social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
• Lead and collaborate with content creators, marketing professionals, and external partners.
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize results.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to ensure accurate, engaging, and mission-aligned messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency while ensuring content complies with HIPAA, privacy requirements, and healthcare marketing standards.
• Oversee social media budgets, paid campaigns, and influencer or strategic partnerships.

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content strategy, or brand management.
• Previous experience leading social media strategies, campaigns, or creative teams.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics.
• Experience with video production, content creation, paid advertising, and audience engagement.
• Proven ability to grow social media audiences and deliver measurable marketing results.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use treatment marketing strongly preferred.

Candidates whose experience is limited to retail, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, or non-healthcare call centers will not meet the qualifications for this position.
