Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

As our highly valued Digital Performance Marketing Specialist based in Brisbane, your role will be to develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels to drive traffic, leads and sales, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home. You'll play a key role in growing Great Southern Bank's retail banking products while delivering data-driven insights that influence business outcomes.

You'll make an impact by:

• Planning, executing and optimising Paid Search, Social, Display and Affiliate campaigns, taking ownership of performance and results across your product portfolio.
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to increase profitable growth, improve conversion rates and maximise return on investment.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Digital teams to deliver reporting, insights and recommendations that enhance customer acquisition and sales outcomes.
• Testing and optimising landing pages, ad creative, audience targeting and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Managing campaign budgets and performance targets while ensuring strong commercial outcomes and stakeholder confidence.

Do things differently with us

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience in digital marketing, media or advertising, with hands-on campaign management across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, optimising performance marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline, with Google Ads, Meta or Adobe certifications highly regarded.
• A customer-focused mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo to achieve better outcomes.
