Digital Marketing Consultant
Position Summary:

Enspire for Enterprise is a premier digital marketing agency specializing in solutions tailored for franchise, multi-location, and enterprise businesses.
- We provide a full suite of digital marketing services, leveraging data-driven insights and our business intelligence platform to help clients unify, scale, and optimize their local and national marketing strategies.
- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to build strong client relationships, provide strategic digital marketing guidance, and help drive retention, product adoption, and revenue growth across a portfolio of franchise and multi-location clients.
- This is a client-facing strategic account management role, not a hands-on channel execution role.
- The Digital Marketing Consultant should understand SEO, paid media, local/GBP, analytics, and tracking well enough to explain performance, identify risks and opportunities, make recommendations, and coordinate action plans with internal specialists.
- The ideal candidate is customer-first, analytical, commercially minded, and digitally fluent across multiple channels, with deeper expertise in at least one digital marketing discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals.

Guide data-driven digital strategies (SEO, Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social Advertising) that align with client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance results. Act as a trusted consultant and advisor, helping clients maximize their digital marketing ROI.
2. Performance Overviews & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews to track and improve product effectiveness.
- Audit campaign performance, ensuring execution aligns with the overall strategy and industry best practices.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for optimization and growth opportunities.
3. Client Engagement, Retention & Growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with franchise clients.
- Ensure high product adoption and proactive engagement across accounts.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within the client portfolio.
- Proactively address churn risks through strategic retention efforts.
4. Internal Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure accurate and timely updates within internal systems.
- Follow established best practices and maintain internal process compliance.
5. Training & Education
- Provide engaging and interactive training to franchisee personnel on Enspire for Enterprise’s product suite.
- Present best practices and industry insights, helping clients stay ahead in the digital space.
- Offer refresher sessions and training on new features to ensure continued product success.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or performance consulting, with a focus on customer retention, client growth, and strategic recommendations.
- Experience advising clients on digital marketing performance across multiple channels, preferably in a franchise, multi-location environment.
- Strong working knowledge across SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, local/GBP, analytics, and tracking, with deeper expertise in at least one digital marketing discipline.
- Proficiency in key digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Moz, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms
- Ability to analyze KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and engagement metrics, translating them into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$63,000.00 - USD$77,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Time off (US Only):
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
