Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Manage and grow social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings
- Create compelling digital content including graphics, copy, and video assets
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.CHAT GPT ) and track ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing in the Home Improvement industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS systems
- Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
