Social Media
This is a hands-on role focused on creating digital content, executing approved campaigns, and keeping our digital presence polished and current.
Your daily pursuits
- Create, schedule, and publish approved content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, maintaining our distinctive voice and visual style.
- Maintain and execute the approved social and digital content calendar. Gather information, coordinate assets, and keep deadlines moving. Even mischief needs a schedule.
- Photograph and film rooms, gardens, dining, spa, and events. Know when to capture the grand entrance and when the cocktail deserves its own close-up.
- Edit short-form videos, Stories, and carousels that earn attention and reward curiosity. Bring fresh content ideas to marketing leadership for review.
- Respond daily to comments, messages, mentions, and tags using brand guidelines and sound judgment. Route guest requests and sensitive matters to the appropriate hotel teams.
- Build and test emails in Revinate using approved campaign briefs, audiences, and offers. Coordinate approvals, schedule sends, and compile results.
- Make approved website updates to offers, event listings, imagery, and copy. Check dates, details, and booking links. Beautiful pages should also work beautifully.
- Prepare and deliver approved copy, imagery, video, and landing-page information to agency partners for paid search and social campaigns. Track deliverables and flag delays or errors.
- Maintain approved updates to Google Business Profile and other business listings. Assist agency partners with requested website content and SEO updates.
- Execute assigned marketing activity for restaurants, bars, spa, room offers, seasonal happenings, and Parker Sessions at the Amphitheater.
- Coordinate logistics for approved influencer and media visits, including itineraries, on-property arrangements, hosting, and follow-up. Track agreed content deliverables and share coverage with the team.
- Maintain approved email sign-up forms and event capture tools. Assist with contact imports and list housekeeping, following established consent and data-handling procedures.
- Adapt approved creative for menus, digital screens, event listings, and promotional collateral. Proofread carefully. A misplaced apostrophe has nowhere to hide.
- Maintain the photography, video, and creative asset library, including file names, credits, and usage permissions.
- Monitor online reviews, prepare responses using approved guidance, and coordinate guest concerns with guest services and hotel leadership.
- Compile monthly social, email, website, and campaign reports using agreed metrics. Flag trends, highlight strong content, and suggest practical improvements for review. We appreciate a beautiful post. We also appreciate knowing what it accomplished.
