About the Job:
Responsible for day-to-day management of CRM campaign processes from design through deployment and contributing to meet sales growth targets for the CRM Marketing channels.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Oversee development, execution and optimization of email, SMS and app marketing campaigns, including promotional, brand launch, editorial, and event-driven communications.
- Develop CRM cadence/calendar that meets financial goals while also communicating go-to-market strategy and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with Direct Planning, Direct Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Brand Marketing teams to support campaign development and execution.
Execute financial forecasting of performance by day and week.
- Determine the impact of promotions, products, segmentation and file size.
- Provide recommendations for action based on findings.
- Monitor SMS cost and projected ROI
- Manage segmentation strategies to power batch campaigns, triggered customer journeys and loyalty campaigns, plus map customer journeys across channels.
- Develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize CRM communications and improve ROI.
- Manage reporting for campaigns and automations — track performance, flag trends, and deliver insights & recommendations to optimize the program.
- QA campaigns before send and manage suppression/opt-out lists to protect deliverability and compliance.
- Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail in all aspects of CRM activities.
- Implement best practices for email + SMS marketing, including subject lines, copywriting, design, and call-to-actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in email, SMS and app marketing
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed to support the team’s overall goals.
What it takes to Join:
- A./B.S. Degree; degree in marketing preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience in email, SMS and push notification or other analytical online marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Database experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of email and SMS marketing (Loyalty Management a plus)
- Marketing experience, and ability to identify consumer needs/wants and develop a compelling value proposition to drive email acquisition.
- Strong analytic skills, including experience with attribution methodologies and analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
- Strong technical skills (HTML experience is a plus).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively self-direct and prioritize work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate efficiently at a tactical level against strategic goals.
Salary Range: ($61,000 - $75,000)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
