Customer Relationship Management Marketing Specialist

Westlake Village, CA- Onsite

Overview of Responsibilities

The CRM Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns. The primary responsibility of a CRM Marketing Specialist is to oversee email marketing campaigns and ensure their success. This involves developing and implementing email marketing strategies, managing calendars and subscriber lists. A successful CRM Marketing Specialist should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be familiar with email marketing software platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support business objectives and goals
  • Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build email templates that are on-brand and visually appealing
  • Manage subscriber lists and segmentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
  • Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization
  • Manage relationships with email service providers and other vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing software and technologies, making recommendations for innovation or upgrades
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate email marketing with other marketing channels and initiatives
  • Coordinating and organizing digital assets for email campaigns
  • Keeping an email calendar and sending out weekly updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring daily email activities are completed and deployed on time
  • Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may happen during generation, deployment and delivery of emails

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-years experience in email marketing
  • Proficient in email automation platforms e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, AI driven marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiar with email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Experience with analytics and reporting
  • Ability to execute email campaigns from start to finish
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email templates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time in office presence Monday-Friday, possibility of Hybrid schedule.

Compensation

  • Hourly Range: $30.00 - $46.64 per hour.
  • The actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, skill level, and/or geographic location.
