About the Role

Are you a strategic storyteller who knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content? We're looking for an experienced Copywriter to join a collaborative marketing and communications team supporting one of the region's most respected healthcare organizations.

In this role, you'll create engaging content across digital and traditional channels while helping maintain and evolve brand voice standards. You'll partner closely with marketers, designers, strategists, and business leaders to develop messaging that informs, inspires, and drives action.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, editor, and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and brings both creativity and strategic thinking to every project.

What You'll Do

• Develop compelling copy across a variety of channels, including websites, email campaigns, social media, direct mail, advertising, brochures, reports, and other marketing materials.
• Partner with marketing, creative, and business teams to develop messaging strategies that align with organizational goals and brand standards.
• Collaborate with designers and creative partners to bring integrated campaigns and communications to life.
• Write, edit, proofread, and fact-check content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Help steward and evolve brand voice, tone, and messaging standards across channels.
• Create consumer-friendly content for digital experiences, including web and mobile platforms.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience creating high-quality marketing, brand, and digital content across multiple channels.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, audience-focused messaging.
• Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Experience working within established brand standards and voice guidelines.
• Healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
