Brand Partnerships & Social Media Manager (Office: Nashville, TN)
The Brand Partnerships & Social Media Manager is at the center of how strategic brand partnerships come to life at Philips North America. This role manages a portfolio of high-value brand partnerships, and sponsorships — turning priority industry moments into organized, on-brand, and measurable activations that extend well beyond the event or engagement itself. A core focus is building content and paid social plans into every activation from the start, with direct ownership of paid social campaign execution. Working closely with the NA Brand Leader and cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures the Philips brand shows up consistently, executives are prepared for key moments, and every activation creates lasting value.
Your role:
Manage a portfolio of brand partnerships, and sponsorships from planning through closeout — developing clear activation plans, tracking milestones and partner deliverables, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring every program runs smoothly and on brand.
Build paid and organic social media plans into brand activations from day one — owning campaign setup, targeting, and execution; coordinating with internal teams and agency partners on creative, approvals, and publishing.
Map content opportunities across panels, executive participation, sponsorships, and partner moments — identifying what to capture and amplify before, during, and after each activation to extend the value of every brand investment.
Own reporting across brand partnerships, and paid and organic social — maintaining a consistent cadence that demonstrates impact, tracks performance against activation goals, and turns data and learnings into recommendations for future planning.
Manage external brand usage across partner materials, co-branded assets, signage, digital placements, and event touchpoints, ensuring consistency with Philips brand standards across every channel.
Support executive readiness for key engagements — confirming timing, preparing briefing materials, and coordinating internal stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned and moving forward.
You’re the right fit if:
5+ years of experience in B2B or B2G communications, ideally in Healthcare or Technology, with a strong track record in content creation.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experienced project leader with strong organizational skills — tracks deadlines, owners, and deliverables; comfortable leading internal teams and external agencies and staying calm while adapting to shifting priorities.
Skilled at managing complex communications across matrixed, global organizations — leads through influence, engages senior executives, coordinates across time zones, and navigates highly regulated environments.
Clear, versatile communicator and creative problem-solver — writes for executive briefings, partner communications, and social channels, and finds practical paths forward when challenges arise.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
