Principal Purpose of Position:

The B2B Paid Media & Performance Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, analyzing, and continuously optimizing paid media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across Holman business units.

This role combines strategic media planning, campaign execution, audience development, performance analysis, and data-driven storytelling to maximize marketing effectiveness and return on investment. The ideal candidate is an expert in paid media strategy and execution, with the ability to build comprehensive digital marketing plans, manage media investments, analyze performance, uncover actionable insights through advanced analytics, and translate complex data into compelling business narratives that influence decision-making.

Success in this role is measured by the ability to effectively plan, execute, optimize, and evolve paid media programs while leveraging performance data, audience intelligence, and marketing insights to drive business growth and demonstrate measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic paid media plans aligned with business objectives, customer behavior, and marketing goals.

  • Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns across channels including - Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, OTT/CTV, LinkedIn, and emerging media platforms.
  • Manage media budgets and optimize investments to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present results in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Interpret and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Leverage data science methodologies, predictive analysis, audience modeling, and advanced analytics to enhance media planning, campaign performance, audience targeting, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.
  • Assist account managers and the central marketing team with understanding campaign performance, audience insights, and reporting.
  • Build audience targeting strategies utilizing first-party data, CRM insights, ZoomInfo audiences, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and platform-specific targeting capabilities.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation strategies using audience enrichment, intent data, and advanced targeting methodologies.
  • Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to provide meaningful insights and strategic business recommendations.
  • Partner with management to prioritize marketing initiatives and media investment opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate, refine, and evolve paid media strategies based on performance, industry trends, and business objectives.
  • Locate and define new opportunities for growth, efficiency, and process improvement.

Education and/or Training:

- Four-year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in:

Marketing

Advertising

Communications

Business

Digital Marketing

Analytics or related field

- Google, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Marketing, or related certifications preferred.

Relevant Work Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, media buying, or performance marketing.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel paid media strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn - Campaign Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, ZoomInfo, intent data providers, or similar audience targeting technologies.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns against business objectives.
  • Automotive, agency, or multi-location marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, attribution, lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign measurement.

Planning / Organizing / Managerial Knowledge:

- Advanced or expert-level knowledge of paid media planning, buying, and campaign execution.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and media mix development.
  • Ability to independently develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of information.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, ZoomInfo, CRM audiences, and audience enrichment tools to support lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of campaign attribution, audience segmentation, customer journeys, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong budget management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect media investments to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Deliver meaningful reporting and performance insights that clearly tell the story behind campaign results and business impact.
  • Develop audience-driven marketing strategies leveraging first-party, CRM, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo data sources.
  • Enhance and optimize reporting, analytics, and performance measurement capabilities across Holman businesses.
  • Partner with IT and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and accurate campaign measurement.
  • Enrich conversations between account managers, leadership teams, and business stakeholders through strategic insights, performance storytelling, and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously evolve media strategies through testing, learning, optimization, innovation, and industry best practices.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
