About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a well-established organization to find a Web Content Strategist & SEO Writer for a 3-month onsite assignment in the Phoenix metro area.

Our client's digital team is moving active web priorities through the finish line. They need a writer who can step in fast, take ownership of a queue of pages, and make content work harder for search and for the people reading it.

What You'll Do

• Write, edit, proofread and optimize web and landing page content
• Apply on-page SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and keyword usage
• Run audience and keyword research to shape what gets written and updated
• Review existing website content and recommend fixes for clarity, consistency and search
• Partner with digital and marketing stakeholders on messaging and calls to action
• Support landing page work for campaigns, solutions and business initiatives
• Use web analytics and SEO insights to guide content decisions
• Juggle multiple requests and hit deadlines while staying on brand voice and content standards

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• Approximately 1-3 years of web content writing, editing, content strategy or SEO experience
• Hands-on on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking
• Keyword and audience research for content development
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with a content management system
• Ability to work onsite in the Phoenix metro area for the full assignment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Nice-to-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Experience with SEMrush, Moz, OnCrawl or similar SEO tools
• Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Background writing about business or technical topics for a general audience
• Experience applying brand voice and content governance standards

Technical Environment:

• SEO and keyword research platforms (SEMrush, Moz, OnCrawl or similar)
• Web analytics (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
• Content management systems

What Success Looks Like:

• Within the first weeks, you are working live content with minimal ramp-up
• Landing pages and web content ship on time, on brand and optimized for search
• Existing pages are cleaner, clearer and easier to find by the end of the assignment
