Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve programmatic strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, translating enterprise business objectives into sophisticated biddable media approaches, investment frameworks, operating models, and measurement plans
  • Provide executive oversight for the planning, execution, management, and optimization of complex biddable media programs, including auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing, and emerging programmatic opportunities
  • Establish standards for campaign readiness and operational excellence, ensuring teams deliver against creative asset timelines, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, partner requirements, governance processes, and all relevant launch documentation
  • Serve as the senior-most programmatic partner for clients, shaping strategic direction and communicating performance drivers, innovation opportunities, upcoming activations, and first-to-market tactics with executive presence and authority
  • Lead executive-level performance narratives and strategic recommendations, connecting marketplace shifts, audience intelligence, optimization strategy, investment decisions, and business outcomes for senior clients and internal leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop Programmatic Supervisors, Managers, Analysts, and Sr. Analysts, building leadership bench strength while ensuring strong campaign performance, operational consistency, and continued professional growth
  • Champion cross-functional alignment with strategy, planning, analytics, creative, account, investment, and technology leaders to deliver integrated programmatic solutions that advance client growth and agency priorities
  • Shape agency POVs and commercialization opportunities across direct programmatic partnerships, private marketplaces, preferred deals, supply strategy, DSP-led buying, and emerging technology to advance client goals and agency best practices

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will bring deep programmatic media expertise, executive leadership presence, strong commercial judgment, and a proven ability to lead teams, client relationships, operational standards, and complex campaign portfolios at scale
  • 12+ years of experience in programmatic media, including hands-on and leadership experience across Display, Video, Mobile, CTV/OTT, audio, and/or emerging biddable channels
  • Extensive experience with leading DSPs and programmatic technologies, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP, and related measurement, verification, and audience platforms
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing direct programmatic partnerships, including private marketplaces, preferred deals, direct publisher relationships, and strategic supply/path optimization opportunities
  • Advanced analytical, organizational, financial, and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex performance data, investment implications, and marketplace dynamics into strategic recommendations for senior clients and internal executive leadership
  • Extensive executive client-facing experience with the ability to anticipate risk, manage escalations, influence senior stakeholders, and guide teams through complex business, operational, and campaign challenges
  • Ability to define and champion innovative, first-to-market, and never-been-done-before programmatic opportunities that align with client growth priorities, agency innovation goals, and marketplace trends
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop multi-level programmatic teams, fostering accountability, quality delivery, operational excellence, career growth, and an inclusive high-performance culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis tools

Compensation Range: USD $ - . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
