Location: Miami, FL 33186 (In Person)

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday (5–6 hours per day)

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and charismatic TikTok Content Creator & Live Host to become the face of our brand on TikTok, create engaging content, and help grow our online presence.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being on camera, stays ahead of social media trends, and knows how to connect with audiences through authentic and entertaining content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Five Star Jewelers on TikTok through videos and live streams.
• Create engaging, high-quality TikTok content that aligns with brand goals, current trends, and audience interests.
• Develop creative content ideas, including product showcases, storytelling, tutorials, challenges, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle videos.
• Plan and execute TikTok Live & eBay Live sessions that drive engagement and strengthen our online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
• In charge of uploading the inventory to our shops and fulfilling orders
• Stay up to date on TikTok trends, viral sounds, hashtags, and platform updates.
• Interact with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions to build meaningful connections.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Assist in managing and growing the company's TikTok presence and social media strategy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices.
• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form video platforms.
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera and hosting live streams.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently produce quality content.
• Experience using video editing software and TikTok's native editing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience representing a brand or business on social media.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, livestream sales, or influencer partnerships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics.
• Experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury products is a plus.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (flexible schedule; 5–6 hours daily).
• Location: In-person role in Miami, FL 33186.
